Award Time

Some time ago, Omaha was a funny sounding town that people on the coasts flew over on their way to the other coast. Then people begin losing their houses and livelihoods thanks, in large part, to the Fed's expansionist monetary policy; some of those people flew to, rather than over, Omaha -- looking for jobs and opportunity, and Omaha shirked its cloak of invisibility and became a shinning beacon of responsibility and economic fortitude. Omaha appeared in 9,000 "Best Cities for..." lists. Forbes, CNBC, Gallup (which is headquartered here), Business Insider, Parenting Magazine, Bicycling Magazine, Brookings Institute, Money Magazine, SmartMoney.com, etc. all trumpeted the Big O.

So, amidst all this greatness, the Omaha Chamber of Commerce was made to select a single firm as the Omaha Small Business of the Year. We humbly accepted this accolade, added it to the trophy closet, and got back to work making the world's most phenomenal inflatable mascots.

The End.
